RETURN POLICY
The shipping costs for returning the items are charged to the customer. To return an item, you can contact us at info@apmoodstudio.it within 14 days from the date of receipt. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipment confirmation email, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items that are returned to us without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, with the original label. The return will be refused if visible signs of wear are found or if the item has been damaged during shipping.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and arrange for a replacement.
We cannot accept returns of items on sale or gift vouchers.
We recommend that you use a courier that offers online tracking to return your purchase, items lost in the mail upon return cannot be refunded.
REFUNDS
